ArcNovaPlusTM is a multi-grid multi-system (single-phase or three-phase) multifunctional DC arc welding power supply that adopts ArcNova® core technology ─ wide-range DCTODC convert technical design. It possesses such functions as manual welding(MMA), carbon arc gouging(CAG), argon arc welding(TIG), gas shielded welding(MIG/MAG) and thin wire submerged arc welding(SAW) (the realization of some functions must match designated auxiliary machines and tools).
Main Features:
It automatically adapts multi-voltage and multi-system power supply, without need of additional patch board. It also avoids the technical defeats of AutoLink and is particularly suitable for the application matching AC power generator;
It is reliable and has high duty cycle and satisfies the continuous working conditions of automatic welding.
Applications:
It can be widely used in the welding of such welding consumables as carbon steel, low alloy steel, high-strength steel and stainless steel. It is suitable for such industries as boiler, pressure vessel, shipbuilding and pipeline;
It is suitable for the welding of 2 ~ 6mm electrodes, 0.8~1.6mm solid wires, 1.2~2.4mm flux-cored wires and 1.6 ~ 2.4mm self-shielded welding wires;
Matching ArcFeeder® or built-in PCB wire feeder, it can achieve MIG / MAG welding;
Matching AutoTigTM, it can achieve high-efficiency TIG welding with wire fed automatically;
Matching ArcTractorTM, it can achieve thin wire submerged arc or automatic gas shielded arc welding, which improves the efficiency and quality of welding.
